Park City Utah Rental Properties only accepts credit card payments. However, under special circumstances, we will accept bank deposits and/or checks.
• We charge 50% of the total reservation cost when the reservation is booked
• We will charge the remaining balance of the reservation cost within 60 days of your arrival. If your reservation is made within 60 days of your arrival date, it will be charged in full.
All refund and cancellation policies are final. As a result, it is important to understand all guidelines concerning our cancellation, refund, and changes policies.
• All cancellations MUST BE made through email. Send all cancellation requests to reservations@parkcityutah.org
• If you make any changes to your reservation, it will result in a $100.00 processing fee. You may not make changes within 30 days of your arrival.
• You may cancel a confirmed reservation in Park City, Utah within 60 calendar days of your check in date; however, any such act will result in a 25% cancellation fee from your gross rental, which will be subtracted from your initial payment. You may make use of trip insurance if you wish to avoid any such fees.
